    Every decoration is different. Some decorations are done within minutes and others may take hours.Feel free to ask us the same.
    The setup/delivery time for a decoration depends on the time your event starts and the time we can get access to the venue. We can deliver and set up any time, over night or very early in the morning.
    We accept online payment and also cash on delivery in some cases. Please ask us to know if your order is eligible for cash on delivery.
  • If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.
